Our Properties

Most of our properties are single family homes located in great neighborhoods.

All homes have:
Stove
Refrigerator
Central AC Units
New paint
New hardwood flooring or carpet
New plumbing fixtures
Washer and dryer hook ups in units
Many units have off street parking.
We do allow small dogs under 30 pounds and cats. One pet per property. There is a $25 a month pet fee payable with rent.
